The Fit4Day Superfood Porridge Coconut-Chocolate-Chia contains chia seeds as well as delicious coconut flakes. The coconut pulp is rich in fibres, medium chain, saturated fatty acids and minerals. The small black or white chia seeds are a good source of polyunsaturated fatty acids and proteins. Mixed with a little bit of water, they are the ideal basis for cereals or smoothies.
The preparation of Fit4Day Superfood Porridge is very easy. For one portion (50 g) fill the complete content in a cup or in a bowl and add 100 ml boiling water. Let it rest for 3 – 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Alternative add 100 ml warm water to 1 portion (50 g) and heat it in a microwave at 600 watt for approximately 1 minute.
